Sumshadow 5-Piece Cast Aluminum Outdoor Alternatives: 6 Similar Picks Compared

How these sets differ from Sumshadow

NUU Garden 7-Piece Textilene Swivel Dining Set

The NUU Garden set expands your seating capacity to seven pieces, accommodating six people rather than the four in the Sumshadow configuration. It replaces the solid aluminum construction with Textilene fabric, which offers breathability for warmer climates. While the Sumshadow provides a 40-inch round table, this alternative focuses on swivel functionality for flexible conversation angles. You gain extra seating and adjustable positioning but lose the rigid, easy-to-clean surface of cast aluminum. This set suits larger groups who prioritize comfort and airflow over the compact, sturdy footprint of the original dining arrangement.

Vexwalx 67-Inch Aluminum HDPS Dining Table

This Vexwalx option is a standalone table rather than a complete set. It provides a 67-inch aluminum surface, significantly larger than the Sumshadow’s 40-inch round top. You get more dining space and an umbrella hole for shade, but you must supply your own chairs separately. The rectangular shape changes the spatial dynamics compared to the circular layout of the original. This pick is ideal if you already own seating and need a more substantial table base for a garden or poolside area. It sacrifices the all-in-one convenience of the Sumshadow for greater surface area and flexibility in chair selection.

Oasbira 67" Aluminum Patio Dining Table

The Oasbira model is another standalone table, featuring a 67-inch rectangular HDPS surface. It matches the Sumshadow’s aluminum frame material but offers a much wider dining area. The inclusion of teak accents adds a different aesthetic compared to the uniform bronze finish of the original. You gain a heat-resistant, seamless table top suitable for pairing with existing chairs, but you do not receive any seating components. This alternative is best for buyers who need a durable, expansive surface for outdoor meals and already have compatible furniture. It trades the complete set convenience for superior table dimensions and material variety.

ZANDOR 5-Piece Aluminum Sectional

The ZANDOR set shifts focus from dining to conversation. It includes a 5-piece sectional configuration with cushions and a coffee table, rather than a dining table and chairs. The aluminum frame remains consistent, ensuring similar durability and weather resistance. However, you lose the ability to eat at a raised surface in favor of low-profile seating. This set is designed for lounging in backyard or porch spaces. It suits those who prioritize relaxed social interaction and soft seating over the functional, upright dining experience provided by the Sumshadow. The inclusion of cushions adds comfort but requires different maintenance than the bare aluminum of the original.

SUNCROWN 7-Piece 53-Inch Round Swivel Dining Set

The SUNCROWN set offers a 7-piece dining configuration with a 53-inch round table, larger than the Sumshadow’s 40-inch top. It uses Textilene mesh chairs with swivel bases, providing breathable seating and flexible positioning. While the Sumshadow relies on solid aluminum for stability, this alternative prioritizes airflow and movement. The metal and Textilene combination offers a different tactile experience compared to the smooth cast aluminum finish. This set is suitable for buyers who want more seating capacity and a larger table surface. It trades the rigid, stackable nature of the original for enhanced comfort and social flexibility in outdoor dining environments.

DIFY 11-Piece Round Metal Patio Set

The DIFY set provides an 11-piece dining configuration, accommodating ten people with stackable chairs. It features a round table with a walnut finish, differing from the bronze aluminum of the Sumshadow. The primary advantage is capacity, allowing for large group gatherings that the 5-piece original cannot support. You gain extensive seating and storage-friendly stackable chairs, but the table surface is not necessarily larger than the Sumshadow’s. This alternative is best for buyers who need to host larger parties regularly. It sacrifices the compact elegance and specific cast aluminum aesthetic of the original for high-volume utility and versatile seating arrangements.
