Looking Beyond the Outvita 49" Metal Patio Dining? 6 Alternatives Worth a Look

How each alternative compares

Vongrasig 6-Piece Metal Folding Dining Set

The Vongrasig 6-Piece Metal Folding Dining Set offers six pieces instead of three, providing more seating capacity for small patios. It includes foldable chairs, which differ from the Outvita’s fixed tuck-under benches. This folding feature allows for easier storage when the set is not in use. The table is slightly longer at 54 inches, offering more surface area for dining. Both sets use black metal frames, but the Vongrasig emphasizes rust resistance for durability. You should choose this option if you need extra seats that can be tucked away completely. The foldable design provides a different storage solution compared to sliding benches under a table.

Omelaza 7-Piece Steel Patio Set

The Omelaza 7-Piece Steel Patio Set provides seven pieces, including stackable chairs, which is a significant increase from the Outvita’s two benches. This set is designed for group dining, offering higher seating capacity. The chairs are stackable, allowing for vertical storage that differs from the horizontal tuck-under method of the Outvita. Both sets feature black metal construction and an umbrella hole for shade. The Omelaza rectangular table shape may suit larger gatherings better than the Outvita’s compact design. You should pick this set if you prioritize group seating and vertical storage space. It sacrifices the compact footprint of the Outvita for greater capacity and flexible chair storage.

Patiomore 7-Piece Metal Dining Set with Swivel Chairs

The Patimore 7-Piece Metal Dining Set includes swivel chairs, a feature not found in the Outvita’s fixed benches. This set offers seven pieces for large groups, providing significantly more seating than the Outvita’s three-piece arrangement. The swivel mechanism allows for flexible seating positions, enhancing social interaction during gatherings. Both sets use black metal frames and include an umbrella hole. The Patimore set is better suited for larger yards or decks where space is less constrained. You should choose this option if you need adaptable seating for more than two people. It gives up the space-saving tuck-under design of the Outvita for greater comfort and capacity.

Grand patio 5-Piece 36.7-Inch Wicker Dining Set

The Grand patio 5-Piece Wicker Dining Set uses wicker and metal materials, differing from the Outvita’s all-metal construction. It includes thick cushions for added comfort, which the Outvita benches lack. This set offers seating for four people, providing more capacity than the Outvita’s two-bench configuration. The square table shape and black wicker finish offer a different aesthetic compared to the matte black metal of the Outvita. Both sets include an umbrella hole for shade. You should select this set if you prefer cushioned seating and a wicker look. It provides more comfort and capacity but requires more space than the compact Outvita design.

SUNCROWN 5-Piece Steel Patio Bistro Set

The SUNCROWN 5-Piece Steel Patio Bistro Set features stackable chairs and a square table, differing from the Outvita’s rectangular table and tuck-under benches. This set offers five pieces, providing more seating than the Outvita’s three-piece arrangement. The stackable chairs allow for vertical storage, which is a different approach to space saving compared to sliding benches. Both sets use black metal frames and are suitable for compact patios. The SUNCROWN set is heavier at 96 pounds, indicating a robust build. You should choose this option if you need stackable chairs for flexible storage. It offers more seating capacity but lacks the integrated table storage of the Outvita.

DIFY 5-Piece Metal Dining Set with Round Table

The DIFY 5-Piece Metal Dining Set features a round table and stackable chairs, offering a different shape and storage method compared to the Outvita. This set includes five pieces, providing more seating than the Outvita’s two-bench configuration. The round table design may suit poolside or small patio settings better than the rectangular Outvita table. Both sets use metal frames and include an umbrella hole. The DIFY set offers stackable chairs for vertical storage, differing from the Outvita’s horizontal tuck-under design. You should pick this set if you prefer a round table shape and stackable seating. It provides more capacity but sacrifices the compact table storage of the Outvita.
