Looking Beyond the LayinSun 5 Pieces Aluminum Patio Furniture Set? 6 Alternatives Worth a Look

How each alternative compares

LayinSun XL-7 Seat Aluminum Fire Pit Set

This LayinSun XL-7 Seat model weighs 376 pounds, which is 117 pounds heavier than the original 259-pound set. It shares the same seating capacity of seven but offers a wider 35-inch width compared to the original's 30 inches. The color option is Black Light Grey, differing from the original's Dark Grey. You get a more substantial footprint and greater stability with this premium option. However, the increased weight makes it harder to move. Choose this if you prioritize maximum durability and have a large patio that can support the extra mass without needing to rearrange the furniture frequently.

Aoxun 5-Piece Aluminum Fire Pit Sectional Set

The Aoxun 5-Piece Sectional Set measures 90 by 120 inches, creating a significantly larger layout than the original's compact dimensions. It weighs only 120 pounds, making it much lighter and easier to reconfigure than the original 259-pound set. This sectional provides a spacious arrangement for groups who need flexible seating options. The trade-off is that the individual seat width may be narrower than the original's deep, wide seats. This set is ideal for those who value modular flexibility and a lighter frame over the specific deep-seating comfort and heavier build of the original LayinSun model.

Aoxun 8-Piece Aluminum Patio Set with Fire Pit Table

This Aoxun 8-Piece Set offers a substantial increase in seating capacity compared to the original's seven seats. It weighs only 80 pounds, which is significantly lighter than the original 259-pound set, though this low weight may suggest less robust construction. The light grey color provides a different aesthetic than the original's dark grey. You get more pieces for larger gatherings but sacrifice the specific structural heft of the original. This option suits buyers who need maximum seating for large events and prefer a lighter, more portable setup over the sturdy, heavy-duty feel of the original aluminum frame.

UDPATIO 4-Piece Aluminum Fire Pit Set

The UDPATIO 4-Piece Set provides five seats within a four-piece configuration, differing from the original's five-piece layout. It weighs 175 pounds, which is 84 pounds lighter than the original 259-pound set. The dark grey color matches the original, but the faux wood finish offers a distinct visual style. You gain a unique aesthetic and slightly more manageable weight, but you give up the traditional five-piece structure. This set is best for those who prioritize a distinctive faux wood look and a lighter frame over the specific piece count and heavier stability of the original LayinSun model.

LayinSun 7-Seat Aluminum Sectional with Fire Pit

This LayinSun 7-Seat Sectional weighs 376 pounds, making it 117 pounds heavier than the original 259-pound set. It shares the same seven-seat capacity but features a different model number and dimensions. The width is 28 inches, slightly narrower than the original's 30 inches. The height is also 25 inches, compared to the original's 25.6 inches. You get a sectional configuration with robust aluminum construction, but the narrower seats may affect comfort. This option is suitable for those who want the same brand reliability and high capacity but prefer a sectional layout with a slightly different profile than the original set.

LayinSun 5-Piece 7-Seat Aluminum Fire Pit Set

This LayinSun 5-Piece 7-Seat Set weighs 376 pounds, which is 117 pounds heavier than the original 259-pound set. It shares the same seven-seat capacity but has a taller height of 29.7 inches compared to the original's 25.6 inches. The width is 28 inches, slightly narrower than the original's 30 inches. You get a durable aluminum frame with a taller profile, which may change the visual balance on your patio. The trade-off is the increased weight and reduced seat width. This set is ideal for those who prioritize a sturdy, high-capacity option and do not mind a taller, narrower seat design compared to the original.
