Tangkula Patio Set Overview
Tangkula offers daybeds and sectionals in wicker and rattan. The 61-inch Wicker Outdoor Daybed provides stable, spacious lounging for poolside areas. It weighs 53 pounds and includes cushions. The 2-Person Wicker Daybed with Storage Ottoman adds versatility for small patios. Its ottoman hides items while the adjustable backrest changes comfort levels.
Round options like the Round Rattan Daybed with Canopy suit flexible shade needs. It features a retractable canopy and round table. The 2-Person Canopy Daybed Sectional offers modular beige seating with removable covers. For compact spaces, the 2-Piece Rattan Sofa Chair Set provides portable two-person seating. These models vary in weight, from 45 to 101 pounds, and fit different placement preferences.
Where Tangkula Fits Your Space
Tangkula’s lineup spans compact two-chair sets to heavy-duty round sectionals. You can choose from linear daybeds or modular corner units. Most models include cushions, and several feature retractable canopies for adjustable shade. Storage ottomans appear in select loveseats. The range covers small porches and larger poolside areas. However, you will not find dining tables or standard sofa sets here. The brand focuses on lounging pieces. If you need a full conversation set with a coffee table, check the round sectional options. These are heavier, permanent fixtures rather than portable furniture.
How to Choose the Right Patio Sofa
-
Pick the Right Set Type
Decide between a standalone daybed or a modular sectional. A daybed like the 61-Inch Wicker Outdoor Daybed offers a single, spacious lounging surface. This is ideal for poolside relaxation where you want a dedicated spot. Sectionals, such as the 2-Person Canopy Daybed Sectional, provide modular seating that can be rearranged. Choose a daybed for simple, linear comfort. Select a sectional if you need flexible layouts or corner configurations for larger gatherings.
-
Check Frame Material Options
Look at whether the frame uses wicker or rattan. The 61-Inch Wicker Outdoor Daybed features a wicker frame, which often provides a sturdy base for heavier cushions. The 2-Person Canopy Daybed Sectional uses a rattan frame, which can be lighter yet durable. Both materials offer similar aesthetic appeal for outdoor spaces. Your choice may depend on whether you prefer the traditional look of wicker or the specific texture of rattan. Check the material listed to ensure it matches your decor style.
-
Consider Retractable Canopies
If you need adjustable shade, look for models with retractable canopies. The Round Rattan Daybed with Canopy includes this feature for flexible sun protection. The 2-Person Canopy Daybed Sectional also offers a retractable canopy. This allows you to block the sun when needed or open it up for stargazing. If you do not require shade, you can save space by choosing a model without a canopy. This feature adds complexity but increases versatility for changing weather conditions.
-
Evaluate Storage Needs
Determine if you need hidden storage for outdoor items. The 2-Person Wicker Daybed with Storage Ottoman includes a storage ottoman to keep cushions or tools tidy. The Adjustable Rattan Daybed with Storage Ottoman also offers this practical feature. This is useful for small patios where you want to minimize clutter. If you have ample storage elsewhere, you might skip this feature. Check the product attributes to see if an ottoman is included with the seating unit.
-
Match Your Patio Shape
Align the furniture shape with your patio layout. Round daybeds, like the Round Patio Sectional Daybed, fit well in circular spaces or as a focal point. Linear daybeds, such as the 61-Inch model, suit rectangular patios or poolside edges. The 2-Piece Rattan Sofa Chair Set is compact and fits narrow spaces. Consider the width and length specs to ensure the piece fits your available area. A round table shape may also be included in some sectional sets for added utility.
