Looking Beyond the ASJMR Patio Furniture Set 3-piece? 6 Alternatives Worth a Look

Comparing 6 Alternative Patio Sets

ComfCove 11-Seat Aluminum Patio Sectional

The ComfCove sectional swaps the ASJMR’s compact swivel chairs for a massive 11-seat layout. It measures 102 inches long and weighs 215 pounds, making it significantly larger and heavier than the 120-pound ASJMR set. This aluminum frame is built for high-capacity gatherings rather than small balconies. You lose the swivel feature found in the ASJMR chairs, but gain extensive seating volume. Choose this if you prioritize group capacity over space efficiency. The white color and lack of armrests on some sections change the aesthetic compared to the ASJMR’s sand-colored, armrest-equipped design. It fits larger patios or decks where footprint is not a constraint.

VONZOY 6-Piece Aluminum Patio Set

The VONZOY 6-piece set offers modular flexibility that the fixed ASJMR configuration cannot match. It includes 7 seats across more pieces, whereas the ASJMR is a strict 3-piece set. This VONZOY model weighs 178 pounds and features a grey color scheme, differing from the ASJMR’s sand tone. It lacks the swivel mechanism of the ASJMR chairs, focusing instead on adaptable sectional arrangements. The aluminum frame provides similar weather resistance. You should pick this alternative if you need to reconfigure your seating for different party sizes. It sacrifices the unique rocking/swivel comfort of the ASJMR for greater seating versatility and modular layout options on your patio.

Aoxun Aluminum Patio Set with 6-Inch Cushions

The Aoxun set distinguishes itself with 6-inch cushions, which are one inch thicker than the ASJMR’s 5-inch padding. This provides deeper plush comfort for small patios. It is a 5-seat set, offering more seating capacity than the ASJMR’s 3-piece arrangement. The aluminum frame remains consistent with the ASJMR for rust resistance. However, it lacks the swivel feature entirely. The beige-silvery color offers a different visual tone compared to the ASJMR’s sand option. Choose this if cushion thickness is your primary comfort metric. You trade the interactive swivel chairs of the ASJMR for significantly thicker, softer seating. It is ideal for users who prioritize deep cushion support over chair mobility.

UDPATIO 7-Seat Aluminum Patio Set

The UDPATIO 7-seat set provides a modular aluminum frame similar to the ASJMR but with a much higher seating capacity. It weighs 200 pounds, making it heavier and more substantial than the 120-pound ASJMR set. This alternative is designed for large group seating and deck placement, whereas the ASJMR targets smaller spaces. It does not include swivel chairs, focusing instead on stable, stationary seating. The brown and gray color scheme differs from the ASJMR’s sand finish. You should choose this if you need to accommodate more guests without buying additional furniture. It gives up the compact, swivel-centric design of the ASJMR for expanded, flexible seating arrangements on larger outdoor surfaces.

VONZOY 4-Piece Aluminum Patio Set

The VONZOY 4-piece set is lighter than the ASJMR, weighing only 86 pounds compared to 120 pounds. This makes it easier to move and ideal for small patios or balconies. It offers 5 seats in a 4-piece configuration, providing more seating than the ASJMR’s 3-piece set. Like the ASJMR, it uses an aluminum frame for weather resistance. However, it lacks the swivel feature entirely. The grey color offers a neutral alternative to the ASJMR’s sand tone. Pick this if you need a lightweight, easy-to-manage set for tight spaces. You trade the ASJMR’s swivel chairs for a lighter footprint and slightly higher seat count in a simpler, stationary layout.

ALAULM 8-Seat Aluminum Fire Pit Set

The ALAULM set integrates a fire pit table with 55,000 BTU propane heat, a feature the ASJMR completely lacks. It seats 8 people, far exceeding the ASJMR’s capacity. The aluminum frame is weather-resistant, similar to the ASJMR, but the layout is designed for large gatherings. It weighs significantly more due to the fire pit components. This set is for buyers who want integrated evening heat and high-capacity seating in one unit. You give up the swivel chairs and glass-top coffee table of the ASJMR for a functional fire pit centerpiece. Choose this if your primary goal is social warmth and large-group seating rather than compact, movable chair designs.
