6 Best Alternatives to the Aoxun Aluminum Patio Furniture Set (2026)

How each alternative compares

ComfCove 6-Seat Aluminum Sectional

The ComfCove 6-Seat Aluminum Sectional offers more seating capacity than the Aoxun set. It accommodates six people compared to five, with a wider footprint of 79.1 inches. The frame weighs 125 pounds, providing a sturdier feel than the 80-pound Aoxun model. You get deeper, more supportive seating for spacious decks. However, you lose the extra-wide 25-inch seats found on the Aoxun. The cushions are thick but the seat width is standard. This set suits buyers who prioritize group capacity and durable materials over compact modular flexibility. It is a solid choice for those needing extra room without sacrificing comfort.

ZANDOR 5-Piece Aluminum Sectional

The ZANDOR 5-Piece Aluminum Sectional is lighter and more compact than the Aoxun set. It weighs only 70 pounds, making it easier to move around smaller patios or balconies. The dimensions are tighter, with a length of 27.6 inches per section, compared to the Aoxun’s 120-inch total length. You get easy-clean cushions and rust-resistant aluminum, similar to the original. However, you sacrifice the generous 6-inch cushion thickness and the wide 25-inch seating area. This set is ideal for small spaces where easy maintenance and stability matter more than large capacity. It fits well in gardens or on porches where space is limited.

VONZOY 9-Piece Aluminum Patio Set

The VONZOY 9-Piece Aluminum Patio Set provides significantly more seating with nine pieces in the collection. It includes waterproof covers, which the Aoxun set does not mention. This feature offers comprehensive weather protection for your cushions and frames. You get modular seating capacity that expands your outdoor living area. However, you give up the specific ergonomic design and 6-inch thick cushions of the Aoxun. The set is larger and requires more space on your patio or deck. It is best for buyers who want a complete outdoor solution with included protective covers. If you prioritize extensive seating and weather resistance over compact design, this is a strong alternative.

UDPATIO 7-Seat Aluminum Patio Set

The UDPATIO 7-Seat Aluminum Patio Set offers modular flexibility with seven seats in a five-piece configuration. It weighs 200 pounds, making it much heavier and more stable than the 80-pound Aoxun set. You get generous seating for larger groups and thick cushions for comfort. The set includes a coffee table and is suitable for poolside or backyard use. However, you lose the wide 25-inch seats and the specific 6-inch cushion thickness of the Aoxun. The modular design allows for rearrangement, which the Aoxun sectional does not offer. This set fits buyers who need flexible arrangements and durable materials for larger outdoor gatherings. It is a sturdy option for those prioritizing capacity and stability.

LayinSun M-5 Seat Aluminum Set

The LayinSun M-5 Seat Aluminum Set provides five seats in a compact black design. It weighs 244 pounds, which is significantly heavier than the Aoxun set. The dimensions are tighter, with a length of 26 inches per section, compared to the Aoxun’s 120-inch total. You get a sturdy conversation set with a coffee table and cushions. However, you sacrifice the wide 25-inch seats and the beige color option. The set is ideal for small patios where you need five seats without extra bulk. It fits buyers who prefer a darker aesthetic and a more grounded, heavy-duty feel. This is a practical choice for those who value stability and compact design over spacious seating.

RTDTD 8-Seat Aluminum Fire Pit Set

The RTDTD 8-Seat Aluminum Fire Pit Set includes a propane fire pit table, which the Aoxun set lacks. It offers eight seats, providing more capacity than the five-seat Aoxun model. The fire pit has a 55,000 BTU output, adding warmth and ambiance to your gatherings. You get thick cushions and a modular sectional design. However, you give up the wide 25-inch seats and the specific 6-inch cushion thickness. The set requires propane refills, which adds maintenance compared to the standard coffee table. It is best for large groups wanting a focal point for outdoor evenings. If you prioritize social warmth and extended seating over compact design, this set is a compelling alternative.
