Who it fits
Good fit for
This set suits you if you need a lightweight, durable option for balconies, decks, or patios. The 70-pound weight makes it easy to move. The high weight capacities (800 lbs for the loveseat) support larger users comfortably. Removable, washable cushions are ideal for busy households. The rust-resistant aluminum frame handles outdoor elements well. If you prefer simple, tool-free setup and a grey color scheme, this spec-driven choice fits your practical needs for low-maintenance outdoor living.
Who should skip it
Skip this if you need seating for more than four people. The M-4 Seat model only accommodates four. If you require a dining table height, this coffee table is too low. The grey color is the only option listed for this specific model in the data, so if you want silver or other colors, check variations. Also, avoid if you prefer heavy, fixed furniture, as this set is designed for easy repositioning. The 5.5-inch cushion thickness may not suit those who prefer plush, deep seating.
Verdict: This set offers solid weight capacity and easy maintenance through washable cushions. Its lightweight aluminum frame makes it a practical choice for small to medium outdoor spaces.
Key specs for ZANDOR set
Frame Material: Aluminum
The frame uses aluminum, which is lighter than steel and does not rust. You can move the pieces easily for cleaning or rearranging. This material handles rain and sun without corroding, so you do not need to store the set indoors during winter. It is a practical choice for year-round outdoor use in various weather conditions.
Seating Capacity: 4 Seat
This set includes four seats, typically two armchairs and a loveseat. It fits well in medium-sized patios or balconies where space is limited. If you often host small gatherings, this capacity provides enough room for you and a few guests. It is smaller than a six-piece set, making it easier to fit into compact outdoor areas.
Cushion Thickness: 5.5"
The seat cushions are 5.5 inches thick, providing substantial support for your back and hips. This thickness helps maintain comfort during longer sitting periods. The high-density sponge inside retains its shape better than thinner options. You can remove the covers for washing, which helps keep the cushions clean and fresh over time.
Weight: 70 pounds
The total weight of the set is 70 pounds, making it manageable for one person to assemble and move. This lightness is useful if you need to shift furniture for cleaning or seasonal storage. Despite being light, the aluminum frame remains sturdy. You can reposition the chairs without excessive effort, which adds flexibility to your outdoor layout.
Design and build details
The frame is made of aluminum with a powder-coated finish. This material choice means the set resists rust and corrosion from rain or snow. Stainless steel screws add to the durability. You can leave the furniture outside without worrying about weather damage degrading the metal over time. The grey color is one of two options, alongside silver. This neutral tone helps it blend into various outdoor spaces like decks, patios, or balconies.
According to the listing, the total weight is 70 pounds. This light weight allows you to move the pieces easily for cleaning or rearranging the layout. The set includes a loveseat, two armchairs, and a coffee table. The coffee table features an imitation wood top that is moisture-proof. Non-slip foot pads protect your floors from scratches and provide stability on different surface types. This feature is useful for preventing the furniture from sliding on smooth tile or wooden decks.
The seating area includes 5.5-inch removable cushions with high-density sponge. These cushions are machine-washable, which simplifies maintenance. The cover removal allows you to clean spills quickly. The dimensions are designed for comfortable seating, with a correct height to stand up from easily. The layout fits four people, making it suitable for small gatherings. The assembly is tool-free, with numbered parts and video instructions. You receive the set in three boxes, which may arrive separately.
Setup and daily use details
The ZANDOR set arrives in three separate boxes, so you may need to wait for all parts to arrive before beginning. Assembly is designed to be tool-free, which simplifies the initial setup process. The manufacturer provides clear online video instructions and uses intuitively numbered parts to guide you. This approach reduces the need for complex hardware or specialized tools during installation.
Once assembled, the furniture is lightweight at 70 pounds total. This low weight allows you to move pieces easily for cleaning or rearranging your patio layout. The aluminum frame and stainless steel screws ensure the structure remains stable without corroding from rain or sun exposure. You can leave the set outdoors year-round without concern for rust damage.
Daily use is supported by specific design features. The coffee table has non-slip foot pads that protect your floors from scratches while providing a secure grip on various surfaces. The table surface is moisture-proof and water-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor dining or drinks. Seating is comfortable due to 5.5-inch removable cushions filled with high-density sponge. These cushions stay in place and do not slide around during use. When they get dirty, you can remove the covers and machine-wash them, keeping the set looking fresh with minimal effort. The seating dimensions are designed to allow easy standing, and the weight capacities support users of different sizes safely.
Before you buy this set
You should verify your outdoor space dimensions before purchasing. The M-4 Seat model measures 30 inches in width, 27 inches in length, and 23 inches in height. Ensure your patio, balcony, or deck can accommodate these specific measurements with adequate clearance for movement. The set weighs 70 pounds, making it light enough to reposition easily, yet stable with non-slip foot pads. You may need to purchase separate weather covers for the grey cushions during extreme seasons, as the data does not mention included protective covers. While the cushions are machine-washable, regular cleaning is required to maintain appearance. This aluminum set offers a practical alternative to heavier wicker or wood options, providing rust resistance without the maintenance burden. It fits well for small to medium outdoor areas where easy assembly and lightweight handling are priorities. Check that your floor surface is compatible with the plastic foot pads to prevent scratching.
