Who it fits
Good fit for
You should consider this set if you need durable seating for a small balcony or deck. The high weight capacities make it suitable for larger individuals or multiple guests. The removable, washable cushion covers are ideal for households with pets or children. The single-box delivery simplifies setup, making it a good choice for those who want immediate use without waiting for multiple shipments. The steel frame provides stability on uneven surfaces thanks to adjustable foot pads.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if you prefer a larger dining configuration or a sectional layout. This set only includes four pieces, which may feel limited for larger gatherings. The steel frame, while durable, may heat up in direct sunlight, unlike some all-weather wicker options. If you need a matching umbrella or side tables, you will have to purchase them separately. The fixed 4-inch cushion thickness might not suit those who prefer thinner, firmer seating.
Verdict: This set offers robust weight capacity and easy maintenance for small outdoor spaces. It is a practical choice for buyers prioritizing durability and simple assembly.
Key specs explained for you
Frame Material: Powder-coated steel
This frame material offers strong structural support while resisting rust and weather damage. You benefit from long-term durability without frequent maintenance. Compare this to raw steel or lighter aluminum options. The powder coating adds a protective layer that shields the metal from moisture and UV exposure, ensuring the set remains stable and secure on your balcony or deck for many seasons.
Cushion Thickness: 4 in
Four-inch cushions provide substantial comfort and proper hip support for extended sitting periods. This thickness helps you relax without feeling the hard frame beneath. When shopping, compare this to thinner 2-inch options that may flatten quickly. The high-density foam retains its shape over time, offering consistent comfort for you and your guests during outdoor gatherings or quiet evenings.
Piece Count: 4 Pieces
This set includes a loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table, creating a complete conversation area. You get a balanced layout for socializing without taking up excessive space. Compare this to larger 7-piece sets that require more room. The four-piece configuration is ideal for smaller balconies or decks, allowing you to host a few guests comfortably while maintaining an open, uncluttered outdoor environment.
Weight: 107 pounds
Weighing 107 pounds, this set is heavy enough to stay stable in wind but manageable for rearranging. You benefit from a secure setup that resists tipping. Compare this to lightweight resin sets that may blow away. The substantial weight indicates a robust construction, giving you confidence that the furniture will remain in place on your patio surface during breezy weather or daily use.
Design and build details
The listing specifies a powder-coated steel frame, which provides structural integrity while resisting rust. This finish protects the metal from weather damage, making it suitable for outdoor use. The set features faux wood armrests that remain cool in direct sun. The coffee table includes anti-scratch and warp-resistant surfaces. Adjustable foot pads help keep the furniture level and protect your deck or balcony floor from scratches.
According to the listing, the set weighs 107 pounds and measures 105 inches in width, 54 inches in length, and 28 inches in height. This layout includes a loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table. The powder-coated steel frame supports up to 800 pounds for the loveseat and 400 pounds per chair. This capacity suggests stability for typical adult use.
The cushions are 4 inches thick and made of high-density foam. They are covered in water-resistant beige fabric. The covers are removable and machine washable. The set arrives in one box for easier assembly. You can choose between beige or grey color options. The design prioritizes durability and ease of maintenance for outdoor spaces.
Setup and everyday use guide
Setting up this Xiacare set is straightforward because it arrives in a single box. You do not need to wait for multiple deliveries or manage separate packages. The listing states that assembly is simple, with all necessary tools and instructions included inside. This one-box design means you can begin putting the pieces together immediately upon arrival. The package weighs 107 pounds, so you will need adequate space to unpack and organize the components before starting the build process.
Once assembled, the set fits into balconies, decks, or gazebos. The adjustable foot pads on each piece allow you to level the furniture on uneven surfaces. This feature helps prevent scratches on your flooring and ensures the structure remains stable. The coffee table is designed to be anti-scratch and warp-resistant, making it suitable for daily placement of drinks or books.
Daily use involves sitting on cushions that are 4 inches thick. The fabric is water-resistant, and the covers have hidden zippers for removal. You can take these covers off and machine wash them to keep the set clean. The frame supports significant weight, holding up to 800 pounds on the loveseat and 400 pounds on each chair. This capacity allows you to use the furniture comfortably for hosting guests or relaxing without worrying about structural limits. The faux wood armrests stay cool in the sun, adding to the comfort of everyday use.
