Frame, Cushions, and Features Compared
Frame material
Product A uses a galvanized steel frame with a powder-coated finish. This provides sturdy stability and excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor durability. Product B features an all-aluminum frame that is also powder-coated. Aluminum is naturally rust-proof and lighter than steel, making the modules easier to move around your patio. Both materials offer strong weather protection, but the aluminum construction in Product B gives you a significant advantage in weight and inherent rust resistance without needing galvanization.
Cushion thickness
Comfort levels differ notably between these two sets. Product A includes cushions filled with premium sponge and covered in polyester fabric. These cushions measure 4 inches thick, providing a standard level of softness. Product B upgrades this specification with 5-inch thick cushions. These are filled with high-density foam and wrapped in breathable olefin fabric. The extra inch of thickness in Product B offers superior support and reduces fatigue during longer sitting sessions, making it the clear winner for plush comfort.
Heat output
Product A includes a 44-inch propane fire pit table as a central piece. It features a dual-tube stainless steel burner certified by CSA, delivering a stable 55,000 BTU heat output. This allows for direct warmth and ambiance during cooler evenings. Product B does not include a fire pit table in its configuration. Instead, it focuses on standard seating and a dual-purpose ottoman. If you want to enjoy heat and flame features without building a fire, Product A is the only choice here.
Included accessories
Product B comes with a significant bonus that Product A lacks. Each piece in the Product B set includes a protective waterproof cover made from PVC-coated material. These covers feature an adjustable drawstring to secure them against wind, rain, and UV rays. Product A does not list any included protective covers in its specifications. You would need to purchase weather protection separately for the steel set. The included covers in Product B provide immediate, dual-layer defense for your investment.
Cushion fabric
The material covering your cushions affects longevity and maintenance. Product A uses 100% polyester fabric that is water-repellent and washable. While functional, polyester can sometimes retain heat or show wear over time. Product B utilizes olefin fabric, which is specifically noted for being fade-resistant and breathable. Olefin is highly durable against sunlight and moisture, making it ideal for harsh outdoor environments. For long-term color retention and breathability, the olefin fabric in Product B is the more practical choice.
Choose Your VONZOY Set
You want a fire pit for warmth
Product A includes a 44-inch propane fire pit table with a 55,000 BTU stainless steel burner. It is CSA certified for safe outdoor use. You get heat without ash or smoke. The galvanized steel frame offers sturdy stability. This set is ideal if you want a focal point for evening gatherings and reliable warmth.
You prefer lightweight, rust-proof aluminum
Product B features an all-aluminum frame that is naturally rust-proof and powder-coated. It is lighter than steel, making it easier to move around your patio. The frame resists fading and corrosion from rain or sun. If you prioritize low maintenance and easy rearrangement of your modular sectional, this material choice suits you best.
You need extra protection from weather
Product B includes a waterproof PVC-coated cover for each piece. The cover has an adjustable drawstring to secure it against UV rays, rain, and snow. This dual-layer protection helps preserve the furniture. Product A does not list protective covers. If you want added defense for your investment without buying separate covers, Product B is the practical choice.
