Who it fits
Good fit for
You will like this set if you want low-maintenance outdoor seating that looks like wood but does not require sealing or staining. The Olefin cushions offer good sun protection and colorfastness, making them ideal for sunny patios or poolside lounging. The 5-piece layout fits smaller spaces while still accommodating a group of seven. If you prefer a modern, light grey aesthetic with a warm wood tone, this aluminum frame provides a durable, rust-resistant solution that handles wind and rain without chipping or cracking.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if you need a fire table for warmth, as this specific listing is a standard conversation set without a fire feature. You should also look elsewhere if you prefer a darker color scheme, as the primary finish here is light grey or beige. The assembly requires patience, as the set ships in separate boxes that may arrive at different times. Additionally, if you need a single-piece delivery for convenience, the split shipping process might be inconvenient for your schedule.
Verdict: This set offers a durable, lightweight aluminum frame with comfortable Olefin cushions, ideal for small groups seeking low-maintenance outdoor seating.
Key specs explained for this set
Frame Material: Aluminum
The frame is made from aluminum, which is naturally rust-resistant. This material is significantly lighter than traditional iron or steel, making the pieces easier to move around your patio or poolside. You will not need to worry about corrosion or chipping paint from rain and sun exposure, ensuring the structure remains stable and low-maintenance over time.
Cushion Fabric: Olefin
The cushions are wrapped in Olefin fabric, a synthetic material known for high durability and colorfastness. This fabric offers superior protection against sunlight fading and is generally resistant to stains and moisture. For you, this means the cushions will retain their light grey appearance and feel comfortable even with regular outdoor use without requiring frequent cleaning or replacement.
Seating Capacity: 7
This configuration is designed to seat seven people comfortably. It provides ample space for small gatherings or family dinners without feeling cramped. If you frequently host friends or enjoy large weekend brunches, this capacity suits your needs better than smaller four-seat sets. It allows for more social interaction while maintaining a balanced footprint on your outdoor floor space.
Cushion Thickness: 6 in
The seat cushions are six inches thick, providing substantial padding for extended sitting sessions. This depth supports proper posture and reduces pressure points compared to thinner, standard cushions. You will experience greater comfort during long conversations or meals, as the thick Olefin-wrapped sponge fills offer a plush, cloud-like feel that remains supportive rather than flattening out quickly.
Weight: 150 pounds
The entire set weighs 150 pounds, reflecting the lightweight nature of the aluminum construction. While substantial enough to stay stable in wind, it is manageable for moving or rearranging your layout. You can shift pieces to adjust the conversation area without needing heavy machinery or multiple helpers, unlike heavier wrought iron sets that require significant effort to relocate.

This layout suits small to medium outdoor areas where you want a conversation group without taking over the entire space.
The total weight of the set is 150 pounds. This is manageable for two people to move, though not one. The pieces are delivered in separate boxes. You will need to assemble them, which the listing says takes just three to five steps. No complicated screws are required. The dimensions for the individual pieces are roughly 27.6 inches in width, height, and length. This consistent sizing helps the set fit neatly into corners or along walls.
