Key specs explained for this set

Frame Material: Aluminum

The frame uses thick-gauge pure aluminum treated with an anodized and powder-coated finish. This combination resists rust, fading, and damage from sun, rain, and coastal air. You get a stable structure that supports up to 450 lbs per seat without corroding. It is ideal for buyers who want low-maintenance durability in various weather conditions.

Cushion Fabric: Olefin

The cushions are covered in premium olefin fabric, which offers waterproof, UV-resistant, and stain-resistant properties. This material stands up to outdoor exposure better than many standard textiles. You can wipe it clean easily, and the covers are zip-off for machine washing. It suits those who want easy care and long-lasting color retention.

Cushion Thickness: 5 in

The seat cushions are 5 inches high, providing noticeable support compared to standard patio sofas. This thickness delivers cloud-like comfort and upgraded lumbar support for your upper body. You get deeper, more ergonomic seating that balances relaxation with structural integrity. It is a practical choice if you prefer plush seating over firm, thin pads.

Weight: 46.2 pounds

The unit weighs 46.2 pounds, indicating a substantial build that stays stable in wind. This weight suggests a sturdy frame that does not feel flimsy or lightweight. You can rely on it for daily use without worrying about it shifting easily. It is a good fit for decks or patios where stability is a priority.

Setup And Everyday Use

Setting up this Solaste aluminum patio sofa involves assembling the frame and placing the cushions. The listing describes the set as including two armchairs, a loveseat, and a wood tabletop table. You will handle the heavy-gauge aluminum structure, which supports up to 450 pounds per seat. The frame’s anodized and powder-coated finish requires minimal effort to maintain. You can wipe the aluminum with a soft cloth to remove dust or debris. The cushions use premium olefin fabric, which offers waterproof, UV, and stain resistance. You can place this set on a backyard deck, porch, balcony, or poolside. The sturdy aluminum construction ensures stability in coastal air or rainy conditions. You do not need to worry about rust or fading with the treated metal. The thick cushions add visual bulk but remain easy to clean. Before You Buy This Set

You should verify that your existing outdoor space can accommodate the specific dimensions of this sofa. The listing notes a seat depth of 27.5 inches, which is deeper than standard patio seating. Ensure you have enough room for this ergonomic design without blocking walkways. You will also need to check if the included wood tabletop table fits your desired layout, as variations include fire pit tables or larger sofa configurations. Regarding upkeep, the olefin cushions are waterproof and stain-resistant, but you must unzip the covers to machine wash them. The aluminum frame only requires wiping with a soft cloth. This set offers thick, cloud-like comfort, but you might want to add weather-resistant covers if you plan to leave it uncovered during heavy storms. Compare this deep-seating option against lighter, stackable chairs if space is tight. The 450-pound weight limit per seat suggests sturdy construction, but you should still anchor it in windy areas. This furniture suits those prioritizing plush support over minimalist aesthetics.

Check before you buy

• Confirm your patio has space for the 27.5-inch seat depth.
• Check if the wood table fits your preferred outdoor layout.
• Ensure you have access to a washing machine for cushion covers.
• Verify the 450-pound weight limit meets your household needs.
