Who it fits
Good fit for
This set suits buyers who want a durable, all-weather conversation group for small to medium patios. The steel frame and rattan weave handle outdoor conditions well. If you prefer a structured seating area with a central table for drinks, the tempered glass top adds utility. The zippered cushions help if you need to clean them frequently. It fits well on decks or poolside areas where a sturdy, low-maintenance set is needed.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if you need a larger sectional for a big backyard. The four-piece count limits seating capacity. If you dislike glass surfaces, the tempered glass table top may not suit your taste. The set is heavy at 60 pounds, so moving it often is difficult. Those seeking modular flexibility beyond the included configurations might find the fixed piece count restrictive. Check dimensions carefully if your space is very small.
Verdict: This set offers a sturdy, weather-resistant option for small outdoor spaces with its steel frame and glass table. It is best for those prioritizing durability and easy maintenance over large seating capacity.
Key specs explained for this set
Piece Count: 4-piece
This set includes exactly four items: one loveseat, two single chairs, and one coffee table. This configuration fits smaller patios or balconies where space is limited. You get a complete seating arrangement without the bulk of a larger sectional. It is ideal for couples or small families who need basic outdoor seating without requiring a large deck area.
Frame Material: Steel
The underlying structure is made of steel, which provides high load capacity and resistance to deformation. Steel frames are generally more durable and stable than wood or basic aluminum in high-traffic areas. This material choice ensures the set remains rigid over time, supporting regular use without wobbling or sagging under weight.
Table Type: Coffee table
The included table is a coffee table with a tempered glass top. This design offers a smooth, sturdy surface for drinks and snacks. Tempered glass is safer than standard glass and easier to clean if liquids spill. This piece serves as a central focal point for the conversation set, enhancing functionality on your patio.
Weight: 60 pounds
The total weight of the set is 60 pounds. This weight suggests a sturdy build that resists tipping in mild breezes. However, it is light enough for one or two people to move if necessary. You should compare this to heavier sets that require more effort to rearrange or store during winter months.
Design and Build Details
According to the listing, this Shintenchi set uses a steel frame wrapped in hand-woven PE rattan. Steel provides a rigid skeleton that resists deformation under load. The rattan weave adds weather adaptability while maintaining a structured look. You get a durable base that supports the cushions and glass top without flexing. The blue color option stands out against neutral outdoor backgrounds. Other colors like grey or beige are available if you prefer a subtler palette.
The set weighs 60 pounds total. This moderate weight keeps the pieces stable on patios or decks without requiring anchoring. The layout includes one loveseat, two single chairs, and a coffee table. You can arrange these pieces in a conversation circle or line them up. The tempered glass tabletop offers a smooth, easy-to-clean surface for drinks. It resists overturning liquids better than porous materials. Simply wipe it down to restore clarity.
Assembly is straightforward. The listing includes instructions, hardware, and tools. You connect all pieces before tightening screws for a smoother fit. The cushions feature zippers for easy removal and cleaning. This design allows you to maintain the set with minimal effort. The ergonomic curves on the armrests and backrests reduce stress during long sitting sessions. You get comfort without sacrificing the structural integrity of the steel frame.

Before You Buy This Set
You should verify your patio dimensions before ordering. The listing does not specify the exact footprint of the loveseat or chairs, only individual part measurements like width and length. Measure your space to ensure the four-piece arrangement fits comfortably. You will need outdoor cushions for the single chairs, as the set includes only one double cushion for the loveseat. Check that your local climate supports PE rattan; while it is weather-adaptable, prolonged exposure to harsh elements may require covering. Clean the tempered glass top with a simple wipe to maintain its clarity. This set suits small balconies or compact decks better than large lawns. Compare its steel frame durability against other wicker options in your search. Ensure you have the tools mentioned in the assembly guide. This guide helps you decide if the blue wicker style matches your existing outdoor decor.
