Who it fits
Good fit for
This set suits buyers who want a complete outdoor living solution without mixing brands. The 7-piece count fits medium-sized patios or decks where a central fire feature is desired. The steel frame appeals to those in windy areas needing extra stability. The thick cushions are ideal for people who prioritize comfort during long evening gatherings. The CSA certification provides peace of mind for users concerned with safety standards. It is best for those who prefer a uniform black aesthetic over multi-color options.
Who should skip it
Look elsewhere if you need a smaller footprint. The 7-piece configuration requires more floor space than the available 5 or 9-piece variations might offer for different layouts. If you prefer natural wood tones, the black rattan finish may not match your decor. Buyers seeking a gas grill table instead of a heat source should choose a different model. This set is also less suitable if you need extensive customization beyond the provided color and size options. The fixed sectional arrangement limits flexible reconfiguration for very small spaces.
Verdict: The RUIJOROO 7-Piece Set offers a sturdy, comfortable, and certified fire pit experience in a cohesive black design. It is a practical choice for medium patios prioritizing safety and comfort.
Key specs explained for this set
Piece Count: 7 pieces
This count includes four armless sofa chairs, two arm chairs, and one fire pit table. You get a complete sectional arrangement for your outdoor space. This number suggests the set is designed for small to medium patios or balconies. It provides enough seating for a small group without overwhelming a tight area. When shopping, compare this total to other sets to ensure you have enough seats for your typical gatherings.
Frame Material: Steel
The inner structure uses strong steel to provide stability and balance. Steel frames generally offer higher weight capacity and durability than wood or plastic alternatives. This material choice helps the set resist warping or bending under load. You can expect a sturdy foundation that supports the cushions and the fire table. Look for steel frames if you prioritize long-term structural integrity in your patio furniture.
Cushion Thickness: 10 cm
The seat cushions are 10 cm thick, filled with soft sponge for comfort. This thickness provides a plush feel that supports your body during long conversations. Thicker cushions often last longer before losing their shape compared to thinner options. You will notice a significant difference in comfort when sitting for extended periods. Compare this measurement to other sets to ensure the seating meets your comfort preferences.
Table Type: Fire pit table
The central table is a propane fire pit with 50,000 BTU output. This heat level warms you and your guests on cold nights. The CSA certification indicates the unit meets specific safety standards for gas appliances. You can use this feature to extend your outdoor season into cooler weather. When selecting a set, consider the BTU rating to ensure it provides adequate warmth for your climate.
Design and Build Details
The frame relies on a sturdy steel inner structure for stability, while the exterior is wrapped in hand-woven rattan. The listing specifies a black color for this finish. This combination creates a dense, weather-resistant shell that protects the internal support. You will find the set heavy, weighing 30.8 pounds according to the listing. This mass helps anchor the pieces against wind, though it also means moving the set requires effort. The sectional layout includes four armless chairs and two arm chairs. This arrangement allows you to configure the seating around the central fire pit table. The 10 cm thick seat cushions and soft sponge back cushions provide support. These dimensions suggest a focus on comfort for extended outdoor gatherings.
The fire pit table serves as the centerpiece. It features a propane connection with a 50,000 BTU output. This heat level is designed to warm people around the table on cooler evenings. The listing notes CSA certification, indicating the unit meets specific safety standards for gas appliances. Controls for the fire feature are not detailed in the provided data, so you should check the manual for ignition and adjustment methods. The overall dimensions are 26 inches in width, 25 inches in height, and 25 inches in length for individual components. These measurements indicate a compact footprint suitable for patios or small gardens. The black rattan weave offers a uniform look that blends with various outdoor decors. You can place this set in covered areas to protect the cushions from direct rain, extending their life.
Setup and everyday use guide
This sectional set arrives as a seven-piece group. You will receive four armless chairs, two arm chairs, and one central fire pit table. The steel inner frame provides the necessary stability for this arrangement. Because the structure is robust, you can expect a solid base that does not wobble during normal use. The rattan exterior is hand-woven, which adds a layer of protection to the steel core. This design choice helps the furniture withstand outdoor conditions without requiring immediate maintenance.
Daily comfort is driven by the cushion specifications. Each seat cushion measures 10 cm in thickness. This dimension ensures adequate support for extended sitting periods. The back cushions are filled with soft sponge, which offers relaxation after a long day. You do not need to adjust the seating height, as all pieces share a uniform 25-inch height profile. This consistency simplifies the layout process on your patio or deck.
The fire pit table operates on propane and delivers 50,000 BTUs of heat output. This specification allows the table to warm the surrounding area effectively during cooler evenings. The unit holds CSA certification, indicating it meets specific safety standards for gas appliances. You can rely on this certification for safe operation. The table serves as the focal point of the set, anchoring the sectional layout. Its placement in the center encourages conversation while providing necessary warmth. The black finish remains consistent across all components, creating a unified visual aesthetic for your outdoor space.
Before you buy this set
You should verify your propane tank compatibility before purchasing. The listing specifies a 50,000 BTU output but does not detail the required tank size or connection type. You need to ensure your existing fuel source fits the table’s inlet. The rattan exterior is hand-woven, which looks stylish but requires regular cleaning to prevent debris buildup in the weave. You must also check the weight limit for the cushions. At 10 cm thick, they offer comfort, but you should confirm they fit the chair dimensions securely. This seven-piece sectional is ideal for small patios. If you have a larger deck, consider the nine-piece option available in variations. You will need weather-resistant covers to protect the steel frame and rattan during harsh seasons. The CSA certification indicates safety standards are met, but proper ventilation for the fire pit is still your responsibility. Keep the area around the table clear of flammable materials.
