Who it fits
Good fit for
You should choose this set if you regularly host large family dinners or community events. The 14-seat layout and nearly 16-foot table length accommodate groups that standard sets cannot. The Olefin cushions and aluminum frame suit buyers in climates with rain or strong sun, as these materials resist fading and rust. It is also ideal for patios or decks with ample space to house the 15-piece arrangement comfortably.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if your outdoor area is compact. The 188.97-inch table and 14 chairs require significant square footage to arrange without crowding. If you prefer a minimalist aesthetic, the hand-woven rope and teak accents may feel too busy. Additionally, if you only need seating for four to six people, this set is excessive in size and complexity. Smaller configurations are available in the product line for tighter spaces.
Verdict: This set delivers serious capacity and durable materials for large outdoor dining needs. It is a practical choice for spacious patios hosting frequent, large gatherings.
Key specs explained for this set
14-seat Set (188.9")
This configuration includes one large table and fourteen chairs, designed to accommodate extensive family gatherings or large social events. The 188.9-inch table length provides ample surface area for multiple place settings, ensuring every guest has room for plates and drinks without crowding. You benefit from a single, unified dining solution that eliminates the need to arrange separate smaller tables, making hosting large groups significantly easier and more organized.
100% Olefin fabric
Olefin is a synthetic material known for its resilience against moisture and fading, making it ideal for outdoor environments. This fabric resists water absorption, which helps cushions dry quickly after rain and prevents mold growth. You gain long-lasting comfort and appearance, as the material maintains its color and texture even with frequent sun exposure, reducing the need for frequent replacements compared to natural fibers that degrade faster outdoors.
Rust-resistant aluminum frame
The structural base uses powder-coated aluminum, which inherently resists corrosion and rust formation. This ensures the furniture maintains its integrity through humid conditions and seasonal weather changes. You enjoy lightweight strength, allowing for easier rearrangement of chairs and tables while ensuring the set remains stable and durable over years of use, unlike steel frames that may require more maintenance to prevent surface degradation.
Teak wood armrests
Teak is a dense, natural hardwood known for its durability and resistance to rot. These armrests provide a smooth, comfortable surface for your arms during meals. You benefit from a premium aesthetic that adds natural elegance to your patio, while the material’s inherent stability ensures the armrests remain sturdy and visually appealing, offering a tactile contrast to the synthetic ropes and cushions.
Design and build details
The frame is built from powder-coated aluminum, which the listing notes is rust-resistant. This finish supports lightweight strength and durability for year-round outdoor use. The chairs feature smooth teak wood armrests and backrests woven with 0.6-inch thickened rope. This material choice adds natural elegance while providing strong support for seating.
Cushions and lumbar pillows are made from 100% Olefin fabric. According to the listing, this material offers excellent seven-grade fade resistance and water repellency. These properties help maintain the beige color and comfort in outdoor conditions without requiring immediate maintenance after rain or sun exposure.
The set layout includes one dining table and fourteen chairs. The table measures 188.97 inches in length, 40.16 inches in width, and 29.92 inches in height. Each chair measures 22.64 inches in width, 21.26 inches in depth, and 27.95 inches in height. This 14-seat configuration anchors the set for extensive gatherings. The substantial table length provides ample surface area for multiple place settings, ensuring every guest has room for dining essentials.
Setup and everyday use notes
This set arrives as a complete 15-piece unit, which simplifies the initial setup process. You receive one large dining table and fourteen matching chairs. The table measures 188.97 inches in length, while each chair stands 27.95 inches tall. Because the frame is made of powder-coated aluminum, the pieces remain lightweight. This makes moving individual components easier during rearrangement or seasonal storage. The chairs feature armrests crafted from smooth teak wood. This adds a natural tactile element to daily seating. The backrests are woven with thickened rope, providing structural support without adding excessive weight.
Daily use is defined by the material choices. The cushions and lumbar pillows use 100% Olefin fabric. This specification means you benefit from water repellency and high fade resistance. You do not need to worry about immediate staining from light rain or sun exposure degrading the color quickly. The table surface is handwoven from sturdy rope. This creates a textured dining area that complements the chair backs. The flowing leg design supports the tabletop, ensuring stability for plates and drinks. The beige color option offers a neutral look that blends with various outdoor decor styles. The set is designed for family gatherings, so the 14-seat capacity ensures everyone has a place. The aluminum frame ensures the structure resists rust, allowing you to leave the set outdoors through changing weather conditions without immediate maintenance concerns.
Before you buy this set
This 14-seat dining set is a significant addition to any patio. You need to verify that your outdoor space can accommodate a table nearly 189 inches long. The chairs are 27.95 inches tall, so ensure you have adequate headroom if you are placing this under a covered structure. The Olefin cushions are water-repellent, but you should still store them during heavy rain to maintain their shape and fade resistance. The aluminum frame is rust-resistant, yet regular cleaning with mild soap will keep the powder-coated finish looking sharp. Teak wood and rope accents require minimal maintenance, but you should inspect the rope weaving annually for wear. This set is designed for large gatherings. If your space is smaller, consider the 6-seat or 8-seat variations listed in the options. The beige color coordinates with neutral palettes. Check that your patio surface is level to prevent wobbling. This is a permanent fixture, so placement matters. You will need to clear a wide area around the table for comfortable seating and movement. This set suits those who prioritize capacity over compactness.
Check before you buy
- Verify your patio has enough space for the 189-inch table length
- Confirm overhead clearance for the 27.95-inch chair height
