Who should skip it
Skip this option if you need a large dining table for six or more people comfortably. The rectangular table measures 55 by 27 inches, which may feel tight for larger gatherings. Key specs explained for this set
Piece Count: 5 Pcs
This set includes one table and four chairs. You get a complete dining arrangement for your patio without needing to mix and match separate items. The count ensures you have enough seating for a small family or a couple of guests. It simplifies the buying process since all components are designed to match in style and finish. You can place the entire group in one spot for a cohesive look.
Seating Capacity: 4-6
The listing states the table accommodates four to six people. This suggests the rectangular surface is long enough to fit multiple diners comfortably. You can squeeze in extra guests by placing two people at the ends or sharing sides. This capacity makes it suitable for casual gatherings. Check the exact dimensions to ensure your preferred seating arrangement fits your available patio space without feeling cramped.
Frame Material: Metal, iron
The structure uses thickened metal, specifically iron, for strength. Iron frames provide a sturdy base that resists wobbling during use. This material choice supports the weight of users and the table surface. It offers durability for outdoor environments, though you should verify if the finish protects against rust. Metal frames are often heavier than wood or plastic, which can help keep the set stable in breezy conditions.
Table Shape: Rectangular
The table features a rectangular top, which is ideal for bar-height settings. This shape allows you to seat people along the longer sides, maximizing conversation flow. It fits well against walls or in narrow patio areas. The rectangular design is practical for serving food and drinks, as it offers a clear surface for plates and glasses. It contrasts with square tables by providing more linear seating space.
Design and Build Details
The frame is constructed from thickened metal and iron, finished in black e-coating. This material choice suggests a sturdy structure designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The listing notes that the iron slat table top includes this protective coating, which helps resist rust and wear over time. You get a solid base for your patio setup without worrying about immediate corrosion.
According to the listing, the chairs feature premium textilene sling fabric. This material is waterproof and UV resistant, meaning it dries quickly after rain and resists sun damage. The fabric allows air to flow, which keeps you cooler during warm weather. It is not a solid cushion that might retain heat or moisture. The chairs also include a circular foot ring for stability and comfort while sitting.
The set includes a rectangular bar table measuring 55 inches in length and 27 inches in width. The chairs have a seat height of 26.8 inches, matching the 37-inch table height for proper bar seating. Each chair supports up to 300 pounds and offers 360-degree rotation. This layout accommodates four to six people comfortably. The swivel feature allows you to turn easily without standing up, making it convenient for socializing or reaching items on the table.
Setup and daily use notes
The PHI VILLA 5-Piece Bar Set arrives as a complete unit, meaning you do not need to source separate components. The package includes one rectangular table and four swivel chairs. Assembly typically involves attaching the metal frames and securing the sling fabric. The listing does not detail complex wiring or electronic components, so setup should rely on standard hardware. The rectangular table measures 55 inches in length and 27 inches in width. This footprint accommodates four to six people comfortably. The chairs feature a 360-degree rotation mechanism. This allows you to turn easily without standing up. The base includes a circular foot ring with an outer diameter of 22.8 inches. This design supports your feet and adds stability while seated. The seat height is 26.8 inches, paired with a bar table height of 37 inches. This proportion suits standard bar counters or high outdoor tables. The textilene sling fabric is waterproof and UV resistant. This material allows air to flow through, which helps keep you cool during warm days. It also dries quickly if exposed to rain. The metal frame is thickened for strength. Non-slip feet on the table legs help keep the set stable on various patio surfaces. Each chair supports up to 300 pounds. The black e-coating on the iron slats helps protect against rust. You can use this set for casual dining or evening drinks. The swivel feature makes it easy to interact with others around the table. The fabric’s durability suggests it can handle regular outdoor use season after season.
Before you buy this set
You should verify your patio dimensions before ordering. The rectangular table measures 55 inches by 27 inches. This footprint requires a clear area to allow the swivel chairs to rotate fully without hitting walls or other furniture. The chairs have a 23.2-inch width, so ensure there is enough space around the table for comfortable movement.
The textilene sling fabric is quick-drying and UV resistant. You may need to brush off debris after windy days to maintain the fabric’s airflow and appearance. While the e-coated iron frame resists rust, covering the set during heavy rain or snow will extend its life.
This bar-height set suits smaller patios better than larger dining arrangements. It fits well alongside other compact outdoor furniture. Check that your existing decor complements the black finish. The 300-pound weight capacity per chair accommodates most users, but verify your specific space constraints first.
