Who it fits

Key specs explained for Oasbira

Frame Material: Powder-Coated Cast Aluminum, PE Rope

The frame uses cast aluminum for structural strength and PE rope for the woven surface. The powder coating protects against rust and corrosion, which is useful for coastal or humid areas. PE rope resists fading and fraying better than standard synthetic fibers. This combination offers durability without the heavy weight of solid metal, making it suitable for decks or patios exposed to the elements.

Fabric Material: Olefin

Olefin fabric is a synthetic material known for resisting stains, moisture, and ultraviolet light. It prevents fading after prolonged sun exposure, keeping the white color vibrant. You can clean it easily with a damp cloth. This material is practical for outdoor settings where spills or rain are common, ensuring the cushions remain hygienic and visually appealing over time.

Weight: 44.3 pounds

This weight indicates a sturdy build that resists tipping, yet remains light enough for one person to move if needed. It provides stability on flat surfaces like decks or patios. The mass helps the unit stay in place during wind or use. You do not need heavy machinery to position it, but it is substantial enough to feel secure during daily relaxation.

Width: 29.5 inches

This width defines the footprint of the single-seat module. It is compact enough to fit on smaller balconies or in corners of larger patios. The narrow profile allows for flexible arrangement in modular sets. You can place multiple units together to create a curved conversation pit without requiring excessive square footage, making it ideal for intimate outdoor living spaces.

Seating Capacity: 1-Seater

This unit is designed for one person. It serves as a building block for larger sectional arrangements. You can combine it with other modules to expand seating for groups. The single-seat focus ensures personalized space and easy maneuverability. It is best for users who want modular flexibility rather than a fixed, multi-person couch, allowing you to customize your patio layout.

Design and Build Analysis

According to the listing, the frame combines cast aluminum with a PE rope weave. The aluminum provides structural integrity, while the powder-coated finish offers rust and corrosion resistance. This makes the unit suitable for coastal environments or humid climates. The PE rope adds tensile strength and fade resistance, helping to prevent fraying over time. You get a durable base that supports up to 400 pounds per seat.

The single seat measures 29.5 inches in width, 48.4 inches in length, and 8.27 inches in height. It weighs 44.3 pounds, which allows for flexible rearrangement. The C-shape design creates an enveloping nook that naturally draws people together. This layout works well for intimate conversations on balconies or as part of a larger modular set on decks and porches. The white olefin fabric cushions are washable, simplifying maintenance. You can wipe them clean with a damp cloth.

This unit is classified as X-Large in size but functions as a one-seater. It fits into larger sectional configurations like the M-3 or M-6 sets. The protective feet pads help stabilize the furniture and prevent scratches on decking or garden floors. Assembly is straightforward with labeled components and instructions. The modular nature lets you combine it with other pieces to suit your space. It is recommended for backyard, deck, or porch placement. The design blends modern aesthetics with practical outdoor utility.

Setup and everyday use guide

The Oasbira modular sofa arrives with clearly labelled components and easy-to-follow instructions. You also have access to an assembly video for additional guidance. The package includes protective feet pads, which you should install to stabilize the unit. These pads prevent scratches on decking or garden floors, protecting your outdoor surfaces during placement. The unit weighs 44.3 pounds, making it manageable for one person to position after assembly. Its X-Large dimensions measure 48.4 inches in length, 29.5 inches in width, and 8.27 inches in height. This footprint fits comfortably on backyards, decks, or porches. Because this is a modular 1-seater, you can combine it with other units. The flexible design allows you to create layouts for intimate balcony conversations or larger deck parties. Each module functions as an independent unit, giving you control over the arrangement. For daily maintenance, the premium UV-resistant olefin fabric requires minimal effort. The listing states it is tested over 1,000 hours to prevent fading. You can wipe the cushions clean with a damp cloth for quick care. The frame features a powder-coated finish that resists rust and corrosion. This is particularly useful if you live in a coastal environment. The PE rope weave offers high tensile strength, preventing fraying during regular use. The deep 21.7-inch seat and wide 55.6-inch backrest provide full-body support. The washable cushions add to the practicality of daily outdoor living. You can rearrange the pieces easily to suit different occasions, from family gatherings to relaxing alone.

Before You Buy This Module

This single-seat unit is part of a larger modular system. You likely need additional pieces to create a full conversation set. Check the available configurations, such as the two-seat or three-seat options, to ensure they match your space. The white olefin fabric resists UV fading, but you should wipe it with a damp cloth regularly to remove dust and pollen. Avoid harsh chemicals that might damage the powder-coated aluminum frame. Since the frame supports up to 400 pounds, verify that your other modular pieces share this weight capacity for balanced stability. The included protective feet pads are essential for preventing scratches on decking or patio floors. If you plan to move the sofa often, note that the X-Large size weighs 44.3 pounds. Consider whether you want to stick with the white color or explore the grey variation for a different aesthetic. Ensure your existing patio layout can accommodate the curved C-shape design without blocking walkways.
