Who should skip it
Skip this option if you prefer a smaller footprint. The 70-inch table requires significant space. You might want a 5-piece set instead if you have a compact balcony. Check dimensions carefully before buying.
Verdict: This set offers reliable capacity and weather-resistant materials for outdoor dining. The sturdy aluminum construction and umbrella-ready table make it a practical choice for regular use.
Key specs explained for this set
Piece Count: 7-piece
This count includes the dining table and six matching chairs. You get a complete seating arrangement for a small family or a few guests. It eliminates the need to buy separate chairs later. If you need space for more people, you might look for larger sets. This configuration fits standard patio sizes well without overwhelming the area.
Frame Material: Aluminum
Aluminum is a lightweight metal that resists rust and corrosion. You do not need to cover it during heavy rain or snow. The material stays sturdy while remaining easy to move around your patio. Compare this to steel, which can rust if the paint chips, or wood, which requires regular sealing and staining.
Umbrella Hole: 2 in
The table features a two-inch diameter opening in the center. This size accommodates most standard market umbrellas. You can insert an umbrella pole directly through the table for shade. Check your umbrella pole diameter before buying. A hole that is too small will not fit, while one that is too large may look unbalanced.
Table Type: Dining table
This is a dedicated surface for eating meals outdoors. It is designed to hold plates, glasses, and serving dishes securely. The height is suitable for standard dining chairs. You can use it for casual breakfasts or formal dinners. It differs from a coffee table, which is lower, or a bar table, which is higher.

This finish helps the set resist moisture damage year-round. You can move the furniture without worrying about corrosion from rain or humidity. This low-maintenance finish keeps the set looking clean with minimal effort.

Before You Buy This Set
Before you buy, verify your umbrella fits the 2-inch hole. Standard patio umbrellas vary in shaft diameter, so measure yours first to ensure a snug fit. This set includes the table and six chairs, but you may need separate cushions for added comfort during long meals. The aluminum frame resists rust, yet you should still cover the set during heavy rain or snow to preserve the powder-coated finish. Wipe spills with a damp cloth to keep the HDPS tabletop looking new. Consider your space carefully. At 70 inches long, the table requires a patio or balcony with sufficient clearance. Compare this 7-piece option against smaller 5-piece sets if you have limited room. This model suits larger gatherings, while compact sets work better for balconies. Check the weight capacity if you plan to host larger groups. The chairs support 400 lbs each, but the table holds 250 lbs. Ensure your floor can support the 137-pound total weight without damage.
Check before you buy
- Measure your umbrella shaft to fit the 2-inch hole.
- Check patio space for the 70-inch table length.
