Key specs explained for you
Frame Material: Aluminum
Aluminum frames resist rust and corrosion, making them ideal for outdoor use in various weather conditions. Unlike wood, this material does not warp, crack, or fade over time. The listing notes a wood-grain finish for aesthetic appeal. Stainless steel hardware adds to the durability. This construction ensures the set remains stable and wobble-free, supporting up to 400 pounds per seat without degradation from rain or sun exposure.
Fabric Material: Olefin
Olefin fabric is known for being UV-resistant, water-repellent, and stain-proof. This means the material retains its color and texture even after frequent outdoor use. You can easily remove the cushion covers to machine wash them, which simplifies maintenance. This fabric choice is practical for busy households, as it handles spills and dirt better than many other textile options, keeping the set looking fresh all season long.
Cushion Thickness: 6.3"
The seat cushions are 6.3 inches thick, filled with high-density foam wrapped in soft fiber. This extra thickness provides exceptional support and comfort for lounging. It allows you to stretch out fully without feeling the hard frame beneath. Compared to thinner standard cushions, this depth offers a more luxurious and cozy experience. The removable design also ensures you can clean the covers easily, maintaining hygiene and comfort over time.
Weight: 49 pounds
The set weighs 49 pounds, providing a sturdy presence on your patio. This weight helps prevent the furniture from tipping over in moderate wind. However, it is light enough to be moved for cleaning or rearranging. You do not need heavy equipment to adjust the layout. This balance of stability and manageability makes it suitable for decks, porches, and balconies where you might want to shift pieces occasionally.
Design and Build Details
The frame is constructed from aluminum, which the listing describes as rust-proof. It features a wood-grain finish that mimics natural timber while avoiding the warping and cracking common in real wood. Stainless steel hardware is included to further resist corrosion, ensuring stability through changing seasons. This material choice means you can leave the set outside on a deck, porch, balcony, or yard without worrying about weather damage. The design uses curved lines to eliminate sharp corners, keeping children and pets safe from bumps.
Each armchair measures 29 inches in length and 30 inches in width, with a backrest height of 31.5 inches. The seating depth is listed at 30 inches, which is deeper than the typical 24 to 26 inches found in standard patio furniture. This extra space allows you to stretch out fully. The set weighs 49 pounds total. The frame supports up to 400 pounds per seat, providing robust support for users of various sizes.
The cushions are 6.3 inches thick and filled with high-density foam wrapped in soft fiber. The cover is made of Olefin fabric, which is UV-resistant, water-repellent, and stain-proof. According to the listing, these covers are removable and machine-washable, making maintenance simple. You can easily clean up spills to keep the set fresh. The overall layout offers a spacious comfort zone that fits well in smaller outdoor areas, combining a modern aesthetic with practical durability.
Setup and Everyday Use Guide
Assembly is designed to be quick and straightforward. The listing states that most users can complete the entire setup in under one hour. Components and tools are clearly labeled to prevent confusion or missing parts. You do not need specialized skills or extra hardware to get started. The process is described as frustration-free, allowing you to spend less time building and more time using the furniture.
For daily use, the aluminum frame provides stable support. Each seat holds up to 400 pounds, ensuring robust performance without wobbling. Maintenance is simplified by the removable seat cushions. The covers are made from Olefin fabric, which is water-repellent and stain-proof. You can machine-wash the covers to remove spills easily, keeping the set fresh throughout the season. The fabric is also UV-resistant, helping it retain color and texture with frequent use.
