Who it fits

Key specs explained for this set

Frame Material: Solid acacia wood

Solid acacia wood provides a dense, durable structure that resists warping better than softer woods. The water-based paint coating adds a layer of protection against moisture and decay, which is essential for outdoor longevity. You benefit from a frame that maintains its shape over time. When shopping, compare this to engineered wood or thin metal tubing, which may lack the same structural rigidity or weather resistance for long-term patio use.

Cushion Thickness: 2.75-inch

A 2.75-inch thickness indicates high-density sponge filling designed for substantial comfort rather than minimal padding. This depth supports your body weight effectively, allowing for relaxed lounging or napping without feeling the frame beneath you. You benefit from reduced pressure on your back and hips. When comparing patio furniture sets, thinner cushions often feel firm or uncomfortable after short periods, while this thickness suggests a focus on leisure and extended sitting.

Backrest Positions: 3 positions

Three adjustable backrest positions allow you to shift from upright sitting to a reclined lounge angle. This flexibility lets you adapt the sofa for reading, watching movies, or napping without needing separate furniture pieces. You benefit from versatile usage in limited spaces like balconies. When evaluating convertible sets, fewer positions limit your comfort options, so three settings offer a practical balance between a standard couch and a dedicated daybed.

Weight: 50.3 pounds

Weighing 50.3 pounds, this sofa is heavy enough to remain stable in wind but light enough for one person to move. You benefit from easy repositioning on patios or balconies without requiring heavy machinery or multiple helpers. When shopping, lighter sets may tip over in breezes, while much heavier units are difficult to relocate for cleaning or storage. This weight suggests a balance between stability and manageable mobility.

Design and build details

The frame is solid acacia wood with a grey finish. The listing notes a water-based paint coating to prevent decay. This finish protects the wood from moisture and sun exposure. You can place this sofa on a balcony or poolside. The grey color helps hide dust and minor weathering over time. The wood construction provides a sturdy base for daily outdoor use. It is built to withstand typical outdoor elements without warping quickly.

The overall dimensions are 77.95 inches deep, 24.8 inches wide, and 31.49 inches high. The unit weighs 50.3 pounds. This weight makes it stable but movable for cleaning or storage. You can adjust the backrest to three different positions. This allows you to switch between sitting upright and reclining. The cushions are 2.75 inches thick. They are filled with high-density sponge for support. Ropes secure the pillows to the frame. This keeps them in place when you change positions. The design focuses on practical comfort and easy assembly. You can convert it from a couch to a daybed. This flexibility suits small patios where space is limited.

Setup and daily use guide

Assembly is straightforward. The listing states you can set it up in less than half an hour. You do not need complicated tools. A single person can complete the process quickly. The package includes all necessary hardware for the solid acacia wood frame.

Once assembled, the sofa measures 77.95 inches deep, 24.8 inches wide, and 31.49 inches high. It weighs 50.3 pounds. This weight makes it stable but allows you to move it if needed. You can place it on a balcony, porch, or poolside. The grey finish blends with most outdoor decors. White is also available if you prefer a lighter look.

Daily use centers on the three backrest positions. You can adjust the frame to sit upright, lean back, or lie flat. The cushions are 2.75 inches thick. They contain high-density sponge for support. Ropes secure the pillows to the frame. This prevents them from sliding when you change positions.

The flexible design lets you transform the couch into a lounge chair or daybed. You choose the position based on your activity. Reading, watching movies, or napping are all possible. When severe weather approaches, the listing suggests bringing the sofa inside. This protects the wood and cushions from rain. The water-based paint coating helps resist decay, but indoor storage extends the life of the furniture. Regular maintenance is minimal. Wipe the wood with a damp cloth if it gets dirty. The thick cushions provide comfort for extended periods of lounging.

Before you buy this sofa

This Devoko sofa fits well in compact outdoor zones like balconies or small patios. Its 77.95-inch length requires careful measurement of your space. Ensure you have room to convert it from a couch to a daybed without blocking walkways. The grey finish complements modern decor, but white is also available if you prefer a lighter look. You must check if your balcony railing or walls allow for the 31.49-inch height. Since the cushions are thick and secured with ropes, you should verify that your space allows for easy access to remove them for storage. This wood frame needs protection from severe weather. You should bring it inside or cover it when storms approach. The water-based paint helps, but prolonged exposure to rain can still affect longevity. Compared to metal or synthetic wicker options, this set offers a natural aesthetic. However, it requires more maintenance to prevent decay. If you want low-maintenance furniture, consider other materials. For those who value solid wood durability and convertible seating, this model is a strong candidate. Just remember to plan for indoor storage during harsh seasons.

Check before you buy

• Measure your balcony space for the 77.95-inch length.
• Check if you can store cushions indoors during rain.
• Verify railing height clearance for the 31.49-inch frame.
• Confirm you have tools for simple assembly.
• Decide if grey or white finish suits your decor.
