How to choose the right SUNSITT patio set
-
Check set type needs
Decide if you need a full dining arrangement or just lounge pieces. The SUNSITT 7-Piece Acacia Wood Patio Set is designed for dining, featuring a 63-inch table. This model suits households that host regular meals outdoors. If you only need seating without a table, this specific dining configuration may not fit your space. Verify the set type matches your primary outdoor activity before purchasing. The other listed option also offers a dining configuration, so both choices serve similar meal-focused purposes.
-
Evaluate frame material
Look closely at the frame construction for durability. The top-rated SUNSITT set lists rattan as its frame material, which often provides a woven aesthetic with underlying support. The second pick also specifies rattan for its frame. Rattan frames can offer flexibility and a traditional outdoor look. Ensure the material aligns with your climate, as some woven frames require specific care. Comparing the frame material helps you understand how the furniture will hold up over time against weather exposure.
-
Assess seating capacity
Count the chairs included to ensure you have enough seats. The SUNSITT 7-Piece Acacia Wood Patio Set includes enough pieces for six people around the 63-inch table. This capacity is ideal for small families or couples who entertain friends. The runner-up set also accommodates six people with its 70-inch table. Verify the piece count matches your typical gathering size. Having extra chairs or fewer than needed can disrupt your outdoor dining experience, so match the number to your household size.
-
Measure table dimensions
Check the table length to ensure it fits your patio. The first pick features a 63-inch length, which provides ample surface area for dishes and drinks. The second option offers a 70-inch table, which is slightly longer. Measure your available space to ensure the table fits comfortably with room for chairs to pull out. A table that is too large can crowd the area, while one that is too small may feel cramped. Compare these specific measurements to your patio layout.
-
Consider weight and setup
Review the total weight to understand handling requirements. The SUNSITT 7-Piece Acacia Wood Patio Set weighs 58 pounds, while the woven rattan option weighs 52.9 pounds. Both weights suggest the sets are substantial enough to remain stable but manageable for two people to move. Heavier sets may offer better wind resistance. Lighter sets might be easier to rearrange. Consider how you will position the furniture and whether you need help for setup or moving it for storage.
