Specifications side by side

Key Specs to Compare for ALAULM Sets

1. Check seating width and depth

Look at the seat width to ensure it fits your body comfortably. The top sectional offers 25.45-inch wide seats, which provides ample space for lounging. Wider seats allow for more relaxed positioning during long evenings. If you prefer a snug fit, a narrower seat might suffice, but depth matters for support. Verify the dimensions in the product specs before buying. This helps you avoid cramped seating arrangements that feel uncomfortable after an hour of use.

2. Verify weight capacity per seat

Check the stated weight capacity for each individual seat. The best overall sectional supports up to 360 pounds per seat. This spec ensures the frame remains stable and does not sag under heavy use. Higher capacity indicates a sturdier internal structure. If you are taller or heavier, prioritize sets with robust limits. This detail is crucial for long-term durability and safety. Always compare this number against your own weight plus any additional load.

3. Select frame material for climate

Choose your frame material based on local weather conditions. Aluminum frames, like those in the budget fire pit set, resist rust effectively. This makes them ideal for poolside areas or humid climates. Wicker frames offer a traditional aesthetic but may require more care in wet environments. Match the material to your exposure to moisture. Aluminum is low maintenance, while wicker provides a classic look. Consider your specific location when making this choice.

4. Identify necessary set features

Determine which features align with your outdoor activities. The dining set includes a tempered glass tabletop and an umbrella hole for shade. The sectional includes a coffee table for convenience. The fire pit set centers around a heat source for warmth. Choose based on whether you need dining surfaces, shade compatibility, or heating elements. These specs define the set's primary function. Ensure the included accessories match your daily usage patterns.

5. Confirm recommended placement areas

Check the recommended location to ensure the set fits your space. The dining set is suited for backyards, gardens, and poolside areas. The sectional works well on decks and in gardens. The fire pit set is designed for backyard or poolside use. Verify that your patio can accommodate the set type. Some sets are better for open spaces, while others fit compact corners. Align the recommended placement with your actual outdoor layout.
