Who it fits
Good fit for
You should consider this set if you have a large outdoor area, as the installed footprint requires roughly 142 by 110 inches of space. It suits groups who value warmth, given the 55,000 BTU fire pit, and those who prefer adjustable seating due to the swivel chairs. The thick 5-inch cushions and aluminum construction make it suitable for buyers seeking durable, low-maintenance furniture that can withstand various weather conditions while providing ample seating for ten people.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if your patio or deck is smaller than the required 142 by 110.6 inches, as the set will not fit comfortably. You should also look elsewhere if you prefer a smaller gathering size, since this is a 10-seat configuration. Additionally, if you are sensitive to the weight of aluminum frames or prefer wooden aesthetics, this grey aluminum set may not align with your style. The included toolkit is basic, so be prepared for assembly if you lack experience with patio furniture construction.
Verdict: This ASJMR set is a substantial, spec-heavy option for large outdoor entertaining spaces. It delivers high heat output and durable aluminum construction, making it a practical choice for spacious patios.
Key specs explained for you
Frame Material: Aluminum
Aluminum frames resist rust and corrosion, unlike iron alternatives. This material stays lightweight yet sturdy, making it ideal for outdoor use where rain or humidity is common. You benefit from lower maintenance needs since it does not require frequent painting or sealing to prevent deterioration over time.
Cushion Thickness: 5 inches
Five-inch thick cushions provide substantial support and comfort for extended seating periods. This depth ensures the padding remains effective and does not flatten quickly under weight. You get a plush feel that enhances relaxation, distinguishing this set from standard outdoor furniture with thinner, less comfortable padding options.
Fire Pit Heat: 55,000 BTUs
Fifty-five thousand BTUs indicate a high-output burner capable of generating significant warmth. This level of heat output helps extend your outdoor season by keeping you comfortable in cooler evening temperatures. You can rely on this specification to gauge the heating power relative to other patio fire tables.
Overall Size: 142 x 110.6 inches
The total footprint measures approximately twelve feet by nine feet after assembly. This large dimension requires a correspondingly spacious deck or patio area to accommodate the set comfortably. You must verify your outdoor space dimensions beforehand to ensure there is adequate room for movement and proper installation.
Chair Height: 34.1 inches
The chairs stand at 34.1 inches high, which is a standard seating height for most outdoor environments. This dimension ensures compatibility with standard outdoor tables and allows for comfortable leg positioning. You can use this measurement to check if the chair height suits your personal preference and body type.
Design and build details
According to the listing, the frame is constructed from aluminum. This material choice means the set resists rust and corrosion, which is practical for outdoor use in varying weather. The finish is grey, a neutral tone that blends with most deck or patio decor. The cushions are five inches thick and feature a zipper and velcro design for easy removal. This allows you to clean them without removing the entire cushion from the frame. The backrest pillows use an inlaid design to stay in place rather than sliding around during use.
The layout includes two swivel chairs, two standard chairs, two three-seater sofas, a coffee table, and a fire pit table. The entire ensemble measures 142.3 inches by 110.6 inches after assembly. The chair height is listed at 34.1 inches. This large footprint requires a spacious outdoor area to fit comfortably. The swivel chairs offer 360-degree rotation and slight rocking motion, providing flexibility in how you position your seating.
The fire pit table features an automatic push-button ignition and adjustable flame height. It delivers up to 55,000 BTUs of heat, which is sufficient for warming a large gathering. The table top is wide enough to serve as a dining or coffee surface. All components are made of aluminum, ensuring consistent durability across the set. The design prioritizes easy care and structural stability for long-term outdoor use.
Setup and everyday use guide
The listing notes that the set arrives with detailed installation instructions and a complete toolkit. You should expect to assemble the components yourself. The entire arrangement measures 142.3 by 110.6 inches after setup. This footprint requires a spacious deck or patio to accommodate the ten seats, two sofas, two chairs, a coffee table, and the fire pit table without crowding the space.
Daily use centers on the aluminum frame and thick cushions. The cushions are 5 inches thick and feature zipper and velcro closures. You can remove them for cleaning or storage. The pillows use an inlaid backrest design to stay in place. The cotton fill adds softness, but you should ensure they remain dry to maintain comfort.
Two of the chairs offer rocking and swivel functions. They rotate 360 degrees and rock slightly. This allows you to adjust your view or face different conversation partners easily. The remaining chairs are stationary.
The fire pit table includes an automatic ignition system. It produces up to 55,000 BTUs of heat. You can adjust the flame height using the push-button controls. The table surface is wide enough for dining or serving. The aluminum construction resists rust and UV damage, making it suitable for year-round outdoor exposure. The CSA certification indicates it meets specific safety standards for gas appliances.
Before you buy this set
This large ensemble requires significant outdoor space. The total footprint measures 142 by 110 inches. You must verify your deck or patio can accommodate this area. Ensure there is adequate clearance for the swivel chairs to rotate fully. The gas fire pit table requires a propane tank connection. Check that your gas line or tank storage location is accessible and safe. The cushions are thick and feature zippered covers. You should plan for regular cleaning to maintain their appearance. The aluminum frame resists rust, but you still need to wipe down surfaces after rain. This set suits those who prioritize seating capacity and integrated heat. If you have a smaller patio, consider the other options in our guide that offer more compact configurations. The grey finish blends with most outdoor decor, but verify it matches your existing furniture style. Assembly is required, so ensure you have the necessary tools and time for setup.
