Aoxun vs Vongrasig Patio Set Specs
Set composition
The Aoxun set is a 10-piece group including a fire pit table, while the Vongrasig option is a compact 5-piece arrangement with two chairs and two ottomans plus a coffee table. Aoxun offers more seating capacity and a larger footprint for social gatherings. Vongrasig focuses on a smaller footprint suitable for intimate spaces. You get significantly more pieces with the Aoxun configuration, which includes a substantial fire feature. The Vongrasig set provides essential seating with hidden storage functionality in the ottomans. Your choice depends on whether you need a large gathering space or a cozy corner retreat.
Table type
Aoxun includes a 44-inch propane fire pit table certified by CSA with up to 50,000 BTU heat output. This table serves as both a heat source and a centerpiece, though it requires a separate gas tank under 20 pounds. Vongrasig features a glass coffee table measuring 19.7 inches square. This table is designed for holding drinks or small items between chairs. The Aoxun table provides significant warmth and a larger surface area for larger groups. The Vongrasig table offers a sleek, low-profile surface ideal for small balconies. The fire pit adds a unique functional element that the glass table lacks.
Frame material
Aoxun uses a sturdy metal frame with advanced welding to support over 400 pounds, ensuring stability for the larger set. The brand highlights rust, crack, and corrosion resistance for lasting outdoor use. Vongrasig employs a rust-proof steel frame combined with PE wicker to withstand sun, rain, and humidity. Both brands prioritize durability against the elements. Aoxun emphasizes high weight capacity and robust welding techniques for its larger structure. Vongrasig focuses on rust-proofing for its smaller steel frame. Both options are built to resist corrosion, but Aoxun specifies a higher load-bearing capability for its frame.
Cushion fabric
Aoxun uses premium polyester cushion covers that resist fading for over 1,500 hours in direct sunlight. These covers are water-repellent, dry quickly, and are detachable for easy washing. The fabric is suitable for spot cleaning with soap and water. Vongrasig provides thick padded cushions but does not specify the fabric type or its resistance ratings in the available data. Aoxun offers detailed specifications regarding the longevity and care of its upholstery. The polyester material provides clear benefits for maintenance and weather resistance. Without specific fabric details for Vongrasig, Aoxun provides more transparency on material performance.
Space efficiency
Vongrasig is designed specifically for small spaces like balconies or front porches. Its ottomans slide under the chairs when not in use, saving precious floor space. The overall weight is 75.9 pounds, making it much lighter and easier to move. Aoxun weighs 339 pounds and is intended for larger patios or yards. It does not feature space-saving mechanisms like sliding ottomans. The Vongrasig set is ideal if you have limited square footage or need flexible seating arrangements. Aoxun requires a significant area to accommodate its 10-piece layout and large fire table. Vongrasig wins for compact living areas.
Seating comfort
Aoxun features ergonomic high-back chairs with deep seats and zoned support for the neck, spine, and lower back. The chairs offer smooth 360-degree swivel and gentle rocking motions. Vongrasig provides ergonomic chair backs that support natural posture with thick padded cushions. It includes large ottomans for leg support, which is ideal for relaxation. Aoxun adds swivel and rocking capabilities that Vongrasig does not mention. Vongrasig emphasizes the utility of the ottoman for resting legs. Both sets prioritize comfort, but Aoxun offers additional movement features like swiveling and rocking for dynamic seating.
