7-Seat vs 5-Seat Aoxun Comparison
seating capacity
The Aoxun 7-Seat Aluminum Patio Furniture Set accommodates seven people, making it the better choice for larger gatherings. The Aoxun 5-Seat Aluminum Sectional Set limits you to five guests. If you frequently host family dinners or weekend parties, the extra two seats in the seven-seat model provide necessary space without crowding. The five-seat set is tighter but sufficient for small groups. You must decide if your typical social circle fits within the five-person limit or if you need the expanded capacity of the seven-seat configuration for comfort and flexibility.
cushion thickness
Cushion thickness directly impacts long-term comfort during outdoor relaxation. The Aoxun 5-Seat Aluminum Sectional Set features 6-inch thick Olefin fabric cushions, offering a plush, luxurious feel. The Aoxun 7-Seat Aluminum Patio Furniture Set provides 5-inch thick cushions. While both use double-layer high resilience sponge, the five-seat model’s additional inch of foam may feel softer and more supportive for extended sitting periods. If you prioritize a deeper, cloud-like seating experience, the five-seat set holds a slight advantage in physical comfort metrics.
frame construction
Both sets utilize aluminum for rust resistance, but the construction details differ. The Aoxun 7-Seat model combines aluminum with a reinforced steel frame and thickened support beams for hurricane-grade stability. The Aoxun 5-Seat model uses a continuous loop aluminum frame designed to distribute weight evenly and reduce wobbling. The seven-seat set’s steel reinforcement suggests higher structural rigidity for larger loads. The five-seat set’s all-aluminum continuous loop offers lightweight stability. You should choose the seven-seat model if maximum structural strength is your priority.
dimensions
Physical footprint matters for patio layout planning. The Aoxun 7-Seat set measures 50 inches in width, height, and length, presenting a compact, square profile. The Aoxun 5-Seat set is significantly larger, measuring 120 inches in length and 60 inches in width, with a lower height of 30 inches. The five-seat sectional requires much more linear deck or patio space due to its elongated design. If you have a smaller, square area, the seven-seat model fits better. For long, open decks, the five-seat sectional’s dimensions allow for a sprawling arrangement.
table inclusion
The Aoxun 5-Seat Aluminum Sectional Set explicitly includes a coffee table, as noted in its features and attributes. The product data for the Aoxun 7-Seat Aluminum Patio Furniture Set does not mention a table in its key specs or features. This means the seven-seat set may require you to purchase a separate table to complete the set. The five-seat model offers a more complete package right out of the box with its integrated coffee table. If you want a ready-to-use surface for drinks and snacks, the five-seat set is the more practical choice.
Which Aoxun Set Fits Your Space
You need seating for seven guests
The seven-seat model accommodates more people, making it ideal for larger gatherings. It features a 26-inch wide seat and a 5-inch thick cushion for comfort. The reinforced steel frame supports heavier loads. This set is best if you prioritize maximum capacity over sectional flexibility.
You prefer plush, extra-thick cushions
This five-seat sectional includes 6-inch cushions with double-layer 28D foam. The thicker padding offers superior pressure relief compared to the seven-seat option. The wave-contoured backrest and widened armrests enhance all-day comfort. Choose this model if cushion thickness and ergonomic support are your top priorities.
You want a modern wood-texture look
The five-seat set features HDPS panels with a refined wood-texture finish on the side boards and coffee table. This design adds natural warmth to your patio. The seven-seat model uses a heat-treated wood grain coating on aluminum. Select this option if you desire a sleek, modern aesthetic with integrated table surfaces.
You need a compact, square layout
The seven-seat set has a compact 50x50 inch footprint, fitting well in smaller or square patio areas. The five-seat sectional is much larger at 120 inches long. If your outdoor space is limited or you prefer a tighter seating arrangement, the square seven-seat configuration is the practical choice.
